- Both. Weekly customers get our best schedule and pricing, but we do one-time mows, pre-listing cleanups, and seasonal resets when the timing makes sense. No contract either way.
- Two to three of us depending on the day. Joe walks every new property himself before the first visit, and he is who you talk to if something needs sorting.
- No. We push to the next dry, above-freezing day and call you if it slips beyond 48 hours. Burn-ban days we still mow but skip blower work in the late afternoon to avoid spark risk on the dry stuff.
- Flat monthly rate, invoiced on the 1st for the month ahead. Or per-visit if you prefer — we do not push contracts. Cancel any time without a fee.
- Yes — general liability on the business. Happy to send the certificate to your HOA or property manager if they ask.
- We do. If you got a letter, send us a photo of it and we will tell you exactly what we will do this week to clear it, and how to keep it from coming back.
